What are credits?
Every time we generate SQL and run it against your database, that costs one credit. Asking questions about your schema — like 'what tables do I have?' — is free on every plan. Unlimited.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades kick in immediately — we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No penalties either way.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset when your billing cycle does. But if you buy a credit pack separately, those never expire. They just sit there until you use them.
What databases are supported?
PostgreSQL, right now. It's the only one we fully support today. BigQuery, Snowflake, and MySQL are next — and every connection goes through an encrypted vault with read-only enforcement regardless.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every account starts with one. No credit card. Enough credits to connect your database, run some real queries, and see if the pipeline handles your schema before you pay anything.
Are there rate limits?
Yes — query volume is capped per hour based on your plan (Starter: 3/hr, Pro: 10/hr, Max: unlimited). This protects platform stability and your database from runaway query loops. You can always check your remaining queries in the Studio header.
