How plan usage works

Every paid plan includes a monthly usage allotment: Starter 50, Pro 250, Max 750. If your team needs more volume, you can top up with credit packs or move to a higher plan. We do not show per-request pricing because usage depends on the work Chion performs, not a flat per-question fee.

How Chion billing works
Monthly reset, instant upgrades, Stripe-powered.
Monthly reset. Your plan's credits reset on the same day each month. If you subscribed on the 15th, your counter resets on the 15th. Unused monthly credits don't roll over, but credit packs do, and never expire.
Upgrades and downgrades. Upgrade anytime: the price difference prorates to the current billing cycle, and new credits are available instantly. Downgrades take effect at the next cycle, so you keep what you've paid for.
Payment and refunds. We use Stripe for all payments. Cancel from the billing page in one click. No email, no retention call. Prorated refunds within 14 days of first charge, no questions asked.
What we never charge for. Always included at no extra cost: schema questions, saved-chart reloads, and validator repair retries.
